Who Am I?

Hello, my name is Stacey Marie Natt. I am a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, certification in Middle School Language Arts, and a concentration in Language Arts. I have spent the last two years working as an 8th grade Language Arts teacher in the Hazleton Area School District.
The importance of education is something I emphasize to my students daily. Not only for them, but also myself. I am currently attending the graduate Reading Program at Bloomsburg University, and the English as a Second Language program at Kings College. I plan to continue my education by developing skills in technology and by expanding my degree as a Reading and ESL Specialist.
I am just another webmaster who feels there needs to be more sites on the internet for pre-service and professional teachers. I began this site when a was a junior in college. Throughout my college career I have developed different educational tools and added them to this site. While student teaching I was able to really use the benefits of this site by having my students complete the Greek Mathematician web quest.
I am not just a future educator I am also a member of a large family of eight. I have three brothers and two sisters. One of my sisters, Chelsea, has Cerebral Palsy and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have to say out of all of my family members, even though they are all great, Chelsea is my star. She can brighten up any room and bring smiles to any crowd on a rainy day. She has been and will always be my inspiration for life.
"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trial."
Ralph Waldo Emerson
